CORONAVIRUS | COVID-19 NOTICE
Government Guidance released 11 May 2020 relating to the "return to work" has opened up the possibility that some documents can now be signed in person. This will need to be considered on a case by case basis and, in particular, the urgency of the matter, how many signatories to the document and whether independent witnesses are required in addition to the Notary. We will need to consider the health vulnerabilities of the person signing too.
